Joining the network

This service is operated by Canine Groom School Ltd. Creating an account requests membership. Our team must review and approve your profile before you can use active discovery. Keep your information accurate, use your own account and protect your sign-in details.

The service helps apprentices and businesses find suitable opportunities and manage applications. A profile, application or connection does not guarantee employment, training, funding or a place on a programme. Separate eligibility checks and agreements may apply.

Content and conduct

Only upload photos and content you have permission to share. Do not post illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive or otherwise harmful material. Harassment, bullying, impersonation, scams and sharing another person’s private information without permission are prohibited. Keep vacancies and applications relevant and truthful.

You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store, display and process it as needed to operate the service. You must have authority to represent a business whose details you submit.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report in a profile, vacancy or application to flag a concern. Use Block to stop interactions with a member. You can manage blocks in Help. Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend a member where necessary to enforce these rules or protect others. You can contact support if you believe a decision is wrong.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services. The app is not an emergency response service.

Privacy and ending membership

Our privacy notice explains how information is used and shared. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Deletion is permanent and does not by itself end a separate employment or training agreement.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as the service changes. When acceptance of new terms is required, the app will ask you to read them before continuing. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
